Well, this isn't the right place to ask such questions about your computers problem but still the simplest and best solution which I recommend is to get Dr. Web's Live CD downloaded from some other computer and burn it on a disk and then boot from it and scan your computer, that's all - it'll take care of all the infections/malware.
